The power was out on November 30th 2022. I went in to get some food because I couldn't cook in my place and I ordered the half and half meal. I ordered half a grilled cheese sandwich and half broccoli and cheddar soup. I didn't get what I wanted when I ordered. I received a half sandwich that wasn't grilled cheese it was two pieces of bread with pasta inside. Secondly I ordered soup they gave me a very small bowl of soup usually it's filled. I put over $16 for it not worth it. I feel like I was scammed.

Soggy, cold, “grilled cheese” sandwiches. Leftover, COLD, watery soup. Purchased bakery items MISSING from bag (this was a RPU aka Rapid Pick Up order, that was on the shelf…”ready” for pick up). The only decent items were the bags of potato chips… For approx. $46 worth of food, that I had to pick up and get stuck in traffic for on my way home from work was just a sad disappointment. I guess this makes yet another eatery that I must cross of my list; as a result of this final visit (and a few others). I called this Panera to inform the associate of the missing bakery items and they asked it I wanted to drive back to pick them up!?! Ahh, no thanks, just a refund at this point…I mean come on…with the traffic alone, the whole point of FAST food is for conveniences sake! I would not recommend this Panera and don’t intend to return again. My only reason for giving two stars would be for the packaging…whoever packed the food should consider a professional gift-wrapping job…also, the bags of chips were as to be expected… Too bad, so sad, should’ve listened to Dad…(don’t go there)!

Saturday morning went into this location and ordered 6 bagels. The order was 3 sesame seed and 3 cinnamon raisin. I paid and the employee told me that there were no sesame seed bagels and I needed to pick another type. Asked for a refund and waited 10 minutes for a manager to refund my money. Would not recommend this store for anything.

This is the third time I'm ordering drinks with my food. The first two, they forgot to include it and offered to refund which was silly cause I’m a subscriber and Today they delivered me a drink with an insect in it! I couldn't eat the food anymore cause god knows if there is one in the food as well!🤢

Terrible service and food quality! There were 6items missing on my take out order, I have to go back and forth 3 times due to missing item and rotten mushy salad! First I realize there are no chips and French Baguettes, second I realized my plain bagel is not in the bag, their reason is that they are out of plain bagel and asked me to go back to the cashier and get me another kind bagel, and turns out they do have plain bagel! I also ordered a tub of cream walnut honey cream cheese which is also missing when I got home, I thought it’s in the bottom of my bag, it was soup instead! So I got home with cream cheese missing and a mushy rotten salad, my niece ate little bit and wanted to throw up, I was so mad and went back to store, they said I cannot return the salad because it’s eaten, they can give me another one, it’s obvious mushy and it’s not even half eaten! From the experience, and since I have to go back to the store, we don’t want to eat anymore and I didn’t want another salad, so I said forget it! To be honesty, the food doesn’t taste good either! From the service to the food quality, no more Panera for us! There are lot of choices and better quality food out there for this price!

Come in here and try the new limited fresh batch of dark roast warm ice coffee! It will melt your ice and it still will be warm! Well.. at least you know your sugar are melted.

Ordered a breakfast wrap through the app for 'rapid' pickup. Should have taken 10 mins it took 25 mins to get my food. When I opened the paper surrounding the wrap, the filings had completely soaked through the bread. I could only conclude that it was sitting around unneccesarily instead of being placed in the 'rapid' pickup spot. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this experience warranted one.

We order catering from here for work. If you want delivery you have to order online you can't call. The food is exactly what you would expect from Panera. For my vegan friends you can get the seasonal greens salad with bread or chips. The onions are not chopped much though! We were a little disappointed because one of the vegetarian salads we ordered came with chicken. So just a heads up if you place a large order there may be a mistake.

I accidentally ordered online to this location but they were great about refunding me—no hassle. I especially enjoy the Panera rewards and often save because of it.
