The customer service clerk on 9/1/22 approx 8pm was rude and disrespectful. The manager came out and was not much better. I want a personal apology from Gen. Manager and my other $10.99 because it's double refund when your meat is no good. Springfield store

Store is usually stocked and clean and employees are nice. Best time to shop is weekdays after 8pm

My go to Stop & Shop, Shelves are usually stocked, no super long lines. Plenty of parking. Plenty of registers. Lots of sales. Sanitizer at the doors along with paper towels and a spray bottle. 👍

I go to Stop & Shop in the Springfield Plaza. The hamburger is so expensive I will end up switching to being a vegetarian. The ham is just as bad ,much to high on their prices as far as 🍖 meats go. The produce,where do I start? Watermelon 🍉 was to high and one day short of being thrown out. Not much of a selection on greens and their pre packages of salads were so wilted I almost gave it a handkerchief! Better luck next time Raven

Horrible customer service in your floral department . I see why not so long ago all your staff went on strike... The customer service desk was no help either... For some reason at this location none of you like to work...

I worked here for about eight months as one of the night crew members. I can firsthand say that it is a reasonably clean store and well looked after and the produce is of good quality. But, please be aware of the deli department. I worked at the deli during the day in the night and sometimes they will serve you chicken that has been frozen for over two weeks and is most positively bad. I myself was told by my manager to mix the old chicken with the new and add mayonnaise to make it smell better. So please be careful and take this into consideration. Besides that I don’t really have many other complaints.

NEEDED TO EDIT....... My husband went to the deli to ask for a full container of seafood salad for me. I'm sick and it makes me feel better. (Don't know why) She was so rude..... Gave massage attitude ! He didn't get her name cause he just wanted to get out of there. Date was today 2/22/22 and time was around 11 am.

I love this stop and shop but your missing a few must haves. Hash browns, chocolate chip pancake mix and corn on cob , bananas & fresh strawberries please I said fresh I love the golden potatoes and pink strawberry lemonade
