Pauline does a great job but the other hairdressers are much less experienced. New location is very cramped compared to the old one. Six chairs but only ever have 2-3 hairdressers even during peak hours on weekends. Online check-in has never worked for me. Hope it improves because the location was much better just 6 months ago. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and I didn't get that at all here. I even provided a picture. I get better service at supercuts in drumhill; they ask questions, style and layer my hair just like I want. Still, my hair looks too short and it's messy work. Never going back.

I come here around lunch time, and there's no wait, which is pretty fantastic. The rates are reasonable, and I haven't had to deal with any negative people, as it seems some other people in these reviews have. I have no complaints, it's generally very convenient and clean. Also, if like how someone cut your hair there, you can tell them to make a note of how they should cut it in your profile, so you never have to describe it to them again, and you are more likely to get that same cut what consistently in the future, since they will include notes like trimmer length that you might not be aware of as the customer.

I don't know how you could rate this store as less then 5 stars. I walked in on 3 July, 2:45 in the afternoon with no appt. Less then 5 minutes later I was in the chair and less then 15 mins later I was out the door with a great haircut at a very reasonable price.

Like most hair places, the quality of the experience is directly related to the skill of the stylist. When you get a cut you're happy with, get their name and always call ahead to make sure they're working that day. I get consistently great haircuts with Sasha and will not use anyone else. On other occasions, years before at this same location, I've gotten stylists who exclaim "oops" while they're in mid-haircut, which confirms their serious skill deficit. Maybe management should consider a customer-feedback survey instead of waiting for spotty Google reviews to trickle in.
