Every time I've been in this Family Video I have been treated with respect. I see the employees treating everyone there the same way. They always ask if I need any help looking for a particular movie. Also, when ever I have questions about a movie, they look it up right away. Great atmosphere and large selection of movies.

The staff is great when ever we visit. However, we go home with a broken disc that does not work EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We are there pretty much there every other day for our young kids to be able to pick out their own movies because nothing plays the way it should. It's extremely disappointing to get home to find out they don't work. Yes they are free but if you are going to offer it do it right.

Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, both the guy and the girl working in the evening on Friday 7/20/18. We called ahead asking for a specific older movie we couldn't find anywhere else, the girl said they didn't have it, but to our surprise she took the time to call us back shortly afterward to politely say there was a mistake and they did have the movie. Not many people would have made the extra effort and time like that. **I tip my hat to you** Ended up going there and found two movies to buy and four to rent. Great prices and an actually Cold soda cooler. We live 35 minutes south of the store and it was still worth the drive.

Great movie selection at an ok price. Best selection for game rentals in town. They have a low selection of Nintendo switch games--especially Mario. They've been gone (rented out) every time I have gone.

If you rent DVD's (or games) this is the place to go. There are the newest releases and a great selection of nearly new and older movies. They have awesome promotions that save you $$$ and their customer service is the best.

Stephanie was excellent. I was a new customer and she was busy. An irrational customer would not leave the store. The phone was ringing. She was friendly, polite and handled the whole situation(s) with a great attitude and smile.

Love that kids movies are free, but good or new ones are always gone. Staff is always a pleasure and knows their movies. Love that they have these deals and hook u up with free stuff sometimes. I don't ever rent new releases because their 3.49 per night and that's to much I wait till they go down more. There isn't any competition in all of Battle Creek but who could do it better?

Absolutely every employee at this location just makes my day when I come in. Very friendly, professional, and smart team. Great movie selection, awesome prices, and great customer service! Also, super clean store, and they keep up well shoveling the snow from sidewalks this time of year. Only place I'll go for movies if I'm not ordering online.
