Second worst pharmacy. If I were you I would just avoid Meijer pharmacies all together. Just like the one on Carpenter road in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor... They lie, they cant even perform the simplest medication refills and they gaslight their customers.

The prescription I needed was $125 even with my insurance. I had a conversation with the pharmacist regarding the difference in this medication and one I had used previously trying to decide if it would be worth paying that much. The pharmacist, Mary, offered to check for a manufacturers coupon and I ended up paying $35 instead of $125! She made my day

I needed a prescription filled for a relative in hospice care. Pharmacist comes over looks at it and just says we dont carry this. Sets the script down and walks away. I asked for suggestions on where I could possibly go. She just stated "I dont know ". Very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all with something that is a delicate situation. I also work in the medical field and I always try to assist patients it what they need isnt something I have available. They really need to learn to be more polite and helpful to people.the technician was very nice at least

Seriously the slowest most unprofessional and unprepared group of pharmacist ever. They will have an automatic system tell you your prescription is ready and you get there and the staff knows nothing about it. I now use a independent pharmacy where they know my name even deliver medicine for free. I would never use or recommend a Meijer pharmacy. I mean ever for real.

Walked in to check if they carried a medication I needed. The tech was helpful, but the pharmacist was abrupt and rude. Guess I'll stick with mail order.

The worst service ever. Not recommended. They are always out of medication. They never call when prescription is filled. Horrible staff. People are sick and in pain.

You better be sure your there plenty before 9pm because I walked up with a few minutes to spare and they closed on me. All I was doing was picking up a prescription that was all ready. I understand people want to go home but I also know they could have waited on me if they wanted to since the prescription wss ready and it would of been a matter handing to me. Oh well tomorrow is another day...
