This shop has yet to do a single thing they said they’d do. I dropped my car off on 4/22 for an estimate of the damage that was done to my car while it was parked. I was told 3 times last week that “we should have it done tomorrow.” They finally completed the estimate yesterday evening (5/2). When I called yesterday they said they would call me this morning to go over my estimate, the parts they ordered and a timeline because “we do updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays.” No phone call came today. It was clear by the tone in their voices yesterday that they were annoyed with how much I’ve called (4 times since they’ve had it) so I gave them the chance to contact me today and to my (not) surprise they didn’t contact me. I’ve talked to 3 separate collision shop managers that have said this is unacceptable and there’s no reason it should have taken over a week just to get an estimate my car. My insurance company has put me through hell and Gerber Collision has done the same. I have been nothing but patient and understanding and to be frank l’m done. I’m exhausted, disappointed and feeling super defeated by all of this. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here, ever. There are better shops in the area. They are all busy, yes but they know how to manage their shop and treat their customers which is not something you’ll find at Gerber. This place is nothing short of a mess. Edit: I have been working with the manager of the shop. While our initial interaction wasn’t great, things have improved. My advice nobody asked for but you’re getting anyway is this… no matter what is going on within your business, just keep your customers informed and make them feel heard. It goes a very long way. We don’t want to hear excuses without an apology or be made to feel unreasonable, I certainly can’t treat my clients that way or I’d be out of a job. As long as things go smoothly from here on out, I’ll revise the above review once the job has been completed. Thank you.

I used this place because of my insurance. Never again. Work was done ok but they said 10 days and it took over a MONTH. They called me one time to tell me they didn't know how long it was going to take🤣🤣🤣 every other time I had to call. They did the estimate incorrectly so that my insurance had them stop work for 4 days while they figured it out. I'm still waiting on a bed cover that they haven't even ordered yet. WHY?!?! Whomever does the management/administrative tasks needs to be fired. I will never use this place again even if I have to pay out of pocket and wait for the insurance to reimburse me. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE TAKE IT SOMEWHERE THAT CARES ABOUT HOW LONG YOU ARE WITHOUT YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE IT SURE ISNT THIS PLACE 😂😂🤣🤣🤣 Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly do NOT recommend. Held onto my car for over 6 weeks, postponed my pick up date twice, where both times it was ME calling the store to confirm and get the update that it wasn’t ready. No efforts from the shop to communicate anything about my car to me at alll, very frustrating. would go anywhere else next time👎🏽 👎🏽 Repair wise, also horrible! Car went in running completely fine, just body issues, came out unable to even start, had to tow and pay someone else to properly fix it. Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job fixing up my Grand Cherokee after I hit a deer. Everything looked perfect and I have had no issues following repairs. They beat their estimated time for repairs and they handled things with my insurance company with no extra hassle. They also kept me updated throughout the process. Hopefully I won't need to see them anytime soon, but if I need repairs again, I will go here.

One of the best experiences I've ever had hiring someone to do a job for me! Not only was the work TOP QUALITY, the service was as well. Brad gave me a worst case scenario quote and said he had to take my bumper off to give me an official quote. Thankfully his official quote was right in the range he initially gave me. That made me feel like they were treating me fairly. Brad also told me that my truck would be completed by Friday. It was ready Thursday evening, which save me money on my rental. And after all that, they actually vacuumed my truck out, wiped down the dash and seats, and had my truck looking like it was fresh out of the detail shop! Definitely a 5 STAR experience!

Brad and his crew at Dusty's were great! I got hit by a deer on the highway a couple weeks back. I called my insurance company and they were able to work directly with Dusty's. So I didn't have to go through the hassle of getting an estimate, etc. I was able to just drop off my car and they had it ready for me and good as new within a week. They even helped me coordinate a rental from Hertz and because of their relationship were able to get me a great deal. Good people, great service.

I never write reviews. However, this experience was great. After I called, they were able to estimate my car right away. Then, they were able to take my car in quickly. The repair was very fast, done the next morning. Paperwork was minimal. Customer service was very nice, efficient, fast. Best of all -- my car looks like new, perfect. I will definitely go there if I ever need bodywork again. Thanks Dusty's!
