First time using Victory. My old man brain can't remember the names of the two young men who attended my car May 31, 2022 on Michigan Avenue just west of Haggerty Rd. Nonetheless they were both professional and quick in their work. As I gave my high mileage info, It was suggested to use a high mileage oil. I accepted. My washer fluid was filled and my tires were inflated properly. I was asked if I wanted a light check for my car. I declined, as I drive for Uber, I knew all my lights were in working order. But just the ask was a plus in my book. I will be back to Victory for my next oil change. Service: Oil change

When I need an oil change I will always come to this Victory Lane if possible! The team is very professional, friendly & work well as a team. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy and another young man. You could tell Jeremy was training because he was detailed on what to do to next and followed up when things were completed. They did not have my cabin filter in stock but Jeremy ordered for me and then stated he will call me as soon as it comes in. I was an early morning customer. Maybe the lackluster attitude of the employees (two present) was because it was too early. No greeting, I was just looked at and took my cue to say what I was there for (oil change, required synthetic oil). One gentleman asked me the routine questions, the other asked me “do you want me to check the air in your tires?”. Umm, yes please. I thanked him after placing air in the tires and he looked away and said “yeah.” Signal lights checked, great! I was shown the dip stick after completion of oil change and that was it. No info, no anything else. Paid my $92..Wasn’t thanked afterwards or told to have a good day..kinda sad. Just opened the door and shown out. Poor customer service at the Canton Michigan Ave. location (used this location because of logistics). I Love the Ypsilanti location on Ellsworth (repeat customer). The gentleman there are polite and do ALL the services listed under the service checklist with an oil change and give you useful info, like if you’re going to be due for any future car services or what’s an issue now.

These guys were lifesavers! My battery had died and I was given a jump so I could get it to a place to get a new battery. Unfortnately due to staff shortages and limited hours every where was other closed or booked up where they wouldn't. I had been to 4-5 different locations to seek help but to no avail. And I only had 3% left on my phone so I was able to Google and call victory Lanes right before my phone died tell them my issue and they directed me how to get to them so they could help me out. When I got there, Jeremy and Ricky were so kind and so awesome about getting everything taken care of and took care of all my worries. I thank you so much guys for being my angels in that storm that night. I definitely will come back to you all and will recommend all those I know to your location because you guys were amazing 👏 😉.
