Called to get a detail for my parents and was told 3 days. When I asked “was that an unusually long time”, he said no, it’s usually a week out. I always bring my parents car in to get detailed there when I’m in town and every single time it has been same/next day. This is for years like this. It’s totally ok if you can’t take a car, but there is no reason to lie.

Three year old Flex looked like I drove it off the showroom floor. Stellar job inside and out. Comparable or better pricing to other detailers near them. They gave extra attention to a problem area on the paint without charging extra money.

I literally can not say enough about the amazing quality of this shop. Sharia is amazing and having worked with her for several years now, I can tell you, I've never seen anything less than perfect work from her. Worth every penny...and then some! Tha k you Sharia! Got a full detail and was VERY satisfied!! Would recommend to anyone. I even had money in my car I had no idea about (that they easily could have pocketed) and some other things they put in a plastic bag for me. Car looked brand new! BIG thumbs up 👍🏻 to person that did a FULL DETAIL (7-8 hours of work) on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They did a great job with my 2005 Dodge Caravan. It’s been through quite a bit and so to see it smell and look in good condition was well worth it. Mike and his staff were excellent at recommending which products and services my van needed.

Sadly they did not live up to my expectations. They're two spots on the windshield where I mount the cellphone holder they didn't take care of, in addition to the photos shown here. There was no walk-through, just immediate checkout and a room for tip. There was no estimate when the car is going to be done. A promise callback was never returned. Not worth $199.

I am so happy this was my first choice for my truck. It's lease-end time for me, so I really wanted to make sure my vehicle was in top shape and Brilliant Car Care absolutely nailed it. And when my vehicle inspector said it was in brand new condition, I was so happy. Brilliant Car Care really made my experience bright too, their customer service is top notch and they made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I was a little worried that they wouldn't be able to get ALL of the pet hair off of the fabric, but they were able to and it looks amazing! I had only had the interior detailed, and when I came back to pick up my truck, I had forgot to mention the scuffs on the exterior of the truck, they were nice enough to take care of it for me, I didn't even have to ask! They also made it easy for me to tip the service-person (which I was unsure if it was customary or not, so I'm glad I was informed). I will definitely be bringing any/all of my vehicles here in the future, they are just too great to go anywhere else.

I had my car detailed for the first time in years and was extremely happy with Brilliant Concierge in Plymouth. My car seats were covered in dog hair and dirt on the dashboard was about a quarter inch thick. They did an phenomenal job! I haven't been able to find a single dog hair and the whole car, inside and out, is sparkling. In addition, the customer service is fantastic. Both Libby and Chris are so friendly and even drove me to the downtown area since I didn't have a ride. I would highly recommend Brilliant Concierge Car Care in Plymouth.
