Store was fine .. but Friday There was a sick employee running the cash register and touching all the items without sanitizing or washing her hands. Her nose was runny she kept sniffing and she sounded like she had a soar throat. I have a weak immune system now I'm getting sick. You can't jeopardize a whole community. This is extremely upsetting and hopefully by reaching out to corporate they will do something about it

Everytime my boyfriend goes here on his lunch about 5 or 6pm they are always closed. Every other day.

Maybe it’s just me but if there are customers in the store, there should be a cashier at the register… It’s unenjoyable enough going into a messy and unorganized store. Having to ring a bell and wait for a cashier doesn’t seem appropriate to me. Will be going anywhere else from now on..

I'm not able to walk due to the fact that I had surgery on my right foot/ankle a month ago. I needed a case of water and other items. The stock person was great he was nice enough to stop what he was doing to bring the 24 pack of water to the register for me. The cashier was getting off of his shift after he rang up my order. He went above and beyond. Carried my case of water out to my vehicle. It's nice that they have great employees working there

Always helpful staff here, even though there are always new people. Not too much empty shelf space, compared to some stores, and not their fault about that anyway. Still the best price on so many everyday items.

This was the cleanest Organized Great customer service Also handicapped-accessible dollar General store That I have been in a long time.i was amazed on how clean and organized it was. The dollar General store in Sparta and rockford are filthy big carts in hallways making it hard for wheelchair to get though hallways. The manager and employees at cedar springs Dollar General store should be rewarded for doing amazing job.

Dollar general has always been one of my favorite stores in town. The employees are kind and I have never had any problems there.

It's been over 2 weeks since a power outage that destroyed all of their frozzen merchandise. And they still have not restocked a thing. I'm guessing because they just don't care about their customers, and the needs of the people in their community that they're trying to service. So I'm gonna go ahead and assume that they're no longer selling frozen food, because it's too much of a hassle. I will never go there again because thats mostly what I go there for.

The renovation of the store is very pleasing. However, I have recently found out that they do NOT honor any ads for dollar general due to them being privately owned. Therefore if you are looking for those awesome deals that you see in your paper. You may want to go somewhere else. Also, inventory keeps getting stolen by people due to staff not staying at the front and poorly placed cameras.
