If you rent anything from here make sure you specify you want your item to be new. They will slide a used product in the agreement, have you pay up front and do not let you see what you are getting. They tell you it's store policy to deliver your items to you so you do not take them anywhere else. Where are you going to take them? Then when you cancel your agreement when you get a beat up item, they do not refund your money.

Great place always clean and neat, not only that outstanding I mean worth wild customer service. Tina is literally the definition of customer service, friendly understanding. Great friend always willing to work with you. She understands the struggles of everyday life, and knows how hard things can get for people. The store is amazing I can’t help but buy something every time I go. Just outstanding and ultra friendly moving service as well. Gotta love this place.

This place has a great selection of items to choose from, and you can order stuff from a catalog. However, they "decided" not to rent to my husband, "because someone gave a bad reference". Talked to everyone that was wrote on that application, and not one of those people even got a phone call. Kind of hard to get a reference at all if you haven't even talked to the people.
