They harass you day in and day out if you are late on a payment. Sorry that my paycheck won’t come for another week. I can understand if it was a month late, but they call you 2+ times on the day it is due too and like 4 times a day after. Then, not even a week late they have the nerve to show up at your house.

Poor customer service denied service after a district manager from Alma referred me here to consolidate my rentals from 2 devices to one singular tv and they’ve denied me service even to continue contracts I’ve all ready had and continue to pay on. They’ll get ahold of you for customer recovery I just can’t see what for if those under district managers do as they please with a company name they do not own I was assured by a district manager not only that something could be worked out to continue service but I’d have a credit for both my devices to go toward something different if desired..

Manager is a good guy but there is alot of staff turnover. Prices high but for a reason. If you need anything related to your house furnishings they can get it but expect to pay a premium. Pay your bill or at least stay in contact with them and you'll never get a harassing phone call.

This store use to be awesome but now they have went downhill. Horrible communication and customer service. Waiting for a phone call back now for 3 days but when you owe them money they call you 4 times a day smh. Think new management is in need desperately!!!!
