Brian and the delivery guys went above and beyond as or fridge went out and we have a type one diabetic son whose insulin needs to be refrigerated if they would not had delivered the refrigerator we would have been out of his meds and money. As it was late in the day and they still delivered. As we only have one car and our son had it they did everything for the paperwork and payment by bring it with them and taking our first payment back. Great people you have working at your Caro location and I definitely will recommending your store to every one I know.

I been a repeat customer. I make my payments on time. Well I made a payment and only half of it was applied to my account. I called customer service and they said they have no control over it. It doesn't make any sense on why they can't fix it.

This store and all the people who work in it are absolutely amazing! If I need anything they do their best to help me or do what is needed to make me a happy customer. If you ever need a great place to rent just call the store in Caro Michigan.

Bought a washer. Told us it would be delivered between 4-6. We had to call THEM after 6pm when they never showed. OH THEY ARE RUNNING LATE. Thanks for the call to let us know!! We just sat here for 2 hours waiting. Customer service 👎🏼

Customer service doesn't contact you back if you have a legitimate complaint. Although they say in 24 to 48 hours. I gave it 2 stars still because I'm not a complete c***.

You get something and not all the parts are there and a month later you still dont have all the right parts, no instructions and are told google it. Wasnt aure to begin with now i know i am not sure.
