If I could give a zero star I would. One of the worst! From cashiers to the person that said she was the manager. They do not give receipts for money orders that show how much you paid for the cost of the money order. Customer service is terrible at this location. They do not know how to talk to people.

No shopping carts at all I had to carry 6 items at a time and I’m a old lady. Place is very unsanitary also

Called the store today asking about a inhaler was told by the person who answered the phone they were out only to make an order via ubereats and the very same item that I was told out is of stock I got from the very said store.

Customer service when I come here is always awesome, long lines but that’s expected most places you go so I can’t dock em for that. This CVS isn’t the cleanest I’ve been to…gives me family dollar vibes.

I was at this location Sunday January 30th at 2:44 pm when I entered the store there was not a basket in site there was a lady in line and I asked her was she finish. She said no so I asked one of the cashier's was that the only one in the store and she said yes. How in the heck can you have a store with only ONE BASKET that's ridiculous. So I left disappointed and upset.

The most unprofessional cvs I’ve seen around.and they also before they are supposed to .i went there at 8:45 and the security guard just rolled his eyes at me.not knowing that I rushed up there to make it in time to get my baby some cold medicine .they will not ever get my business again

WORST experience and customer service I've ever received from a CVS retail store!!! Kenya the cashier they had working this morning acted like she didn't want to be there! I could tell by the way she was talking to the customer before me that her customer service skills sucked and she had no professionalism at all! The service I was looking to get done that has been performed at all the other CVS's, she said they couldn't do and when I asked why...she had no response. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager calls her on the phone and must have told her to call Colleen because she said I did but she said she doesn't want to be disturbed today. Another 10 mins go by and I asked if she could call the manager again. She then calls Colleen and she tells her that Sherman told me to call you because he was busy. Another 10 mins goes by and none of the managers came to assist. So I asked her for the store number and the phone number to corporate because this is ridiculous. She gives me the store number but says she doesn't know corporate number that I will have to google it. I said no, get your manager up here! Sherman finally came up to see what was going on only after going back and forth with her for 25 mins!!! WORST Managers, Cashiers and CVS EVER!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

This location is the best location in the city! Whoever I spoke with not too long ago was awesome and understanding! He immediately pulled my meds from the other location and filled it today!Very compassionate unlike other locations where the female pharmacist is rude and there just for a paycheck

Every month there's something new, problem after problem. First thing is to be on hold for 15 minutes or better, the pharmacist Peter is Rude and very short with you, the staff is questionable throughout the store, run don't walk away from this location.

If I could give less than one star I would! I work for a dental office and part of my job is to call in necessary prescriptions for patients after surgical procedures as the doctors representative. I spoke with Syed today who, after taking the prescription, all of the patients information, and all of the doctors information refused to fill the prescription because it contained a controlled substance and he didn't "trust it". He refused to talk to the doctor and said that we needed to improve our systems at the office. All because i refused to fax over the prescription through our virtual fax system which puts patients and our private information at risk! This was extremely rude and a huge inconvenience for our office and the patient. Believe this is NOT the first time but it WILL be the last! Hi
