This used to be a good company… not sure what happened but all this restaurant offers is slow service and extremely unpleasant staff. They are plain rude and just simply don’t care about what they're doing. I get it’s just a fast food restaurant, but a little more effort to be appropriate isn’t that hard. I’m very surprised nothing has been done about this because this has been going on for a while.

Drive through is extremely slow. It's like they can only handle one car at a time. No one else can order until the car ahead of them has their food. We waited 15 minutes and the food wasn't that good. They messed up our order, and told us they didn't have medium cups so we had to get a small. Haven't been too impressed with our last two trips.

Nobody was in line here is a list of everything wrong: -forgot our nuggets -bottom was uneatable because it was hard as a rock. - messed up our drink order -nuggets tasted 4 days old. -fries were cold. Used to be a good place to eat

Food took forever to get done then when we got it burgers where cold. None of the staff was wearing gloves at all. The drink fountain was out of almost all of the kinds of drinks and it was completely out of diet soda. So the staff filled my diet soda in the drive thru fountain and it tasted like carbonated water it was gross. Then the ketchup dispensers where completely out of ketchup. It just seemed like one thing after the other was wrong. Then to top it off the staff was talking loudly about inappropriate topics While my children and I where trying to eat!!

My orders are always right and usually fast service but they are ALWAYS out of something, ALWAYS. Fries, boxes for fries, burger buns (yepp burger buns!), certain size cups. You never get EXACTLY whats you want.

I've never experienced this at a fast food restaurant before. I got there about 11 P.M., they close at 12 P.M. Nobody was in line. Ordered a couple sandwiches and a meal, told me to pull up for FRESH food, and was waiting about a half hour before i called and asked what was going on. The truck was being unloaded, and i was told that it was because of short staffing, and would be another 4 minutes. They are compensating me for the meal and I think ok👍. Another 20 minutes go by, and I still don't have my food. When I finally get it I don't even have my meal and the food that was in there was cold. Short staffing, new employees, whatever the case may be is that how you run your business?

Got in line to order at 10:08am one car ahead of me ordered at 10:13. Got food at 10:32am. Got home no egg on on sandwichs biscuits hard and cold cheese not even melted it was so cold almost half hour for food to be wrong cold and nasty. Just wrong. Always bad from this place. Just bad. Maybe corporate needs to read these and reach out to ppl this place is horrible.

Been coming to this location, Center Ave , for awhile now. But it comes to an end today. The past three visits my order can't get right. I used to love Wendy's but not so much anymore. Surprised they can remain open, with my job you keep messing up, ppl get fired lol.

I went to Wendy's today and ordered their bacon double cheeseburger. I went to pick off the onions and noticed my "double" was actually one patty cut in half to make "2" patties. I will never go there again!

Worst Wendy's around, but I guess it's alright if you're not on a half hour lunch break. Yesterday I waited in line 5 cars behind the speaker, after 15 minutes I left. This is the norm here. If I had the time to wait, I'd cook my own food.
