Wish I could give 0 stars. I have had numerous issues getting packages delivered that originated from this location. Packages getting delivered to wrong address, drivers saying they delivered but never did, etc. On two different occasions I watched a driver pull up to my apt, never even get out of the truck, but marked my package as "delivery attempted". I even chased down the driver the next time I saw it happen so I could get my package. They are the worst!!

The drivers bringing packages from Saginaw cannot seem to find my house. Two of the last three deliveries I have had to get their attention to stop them from delivering to the construction site across the road from my house. The third actually was delivered to the construction site across the road from my home. No other carriers,including the FedEx deliveries coming from Mt Pleasant have any issues finding my home! Businesses that I see use FedEx to ship,I generally look for another source that does not use you as a carrier!

FedEx never left a door tag. Then they claimed to have stopped by a third time even though the never stopped. Sorry fedex but I have security system that notifies me.

I waited all morning for this delivery, I watched the guy come up to my house, then immediately walk back to his truck and peel away. No knock, just left the tag. I'm guessing that the drivers aren't accountable to any human bosses, that's why they go through the motions of making deliveries without actually attempting to make them. Please don't waste people's time, I would have happily driven 20 minutes to pick up the package myself instead of wasting my day off. The person at the call center said they'd ask the driver to come back, but obviously he never did. Absolutely horrible service on all fronts.

Nathan at Freeland was amazing!! The company I ordered items from did not ship them out in time as ordered and my packaged wasn't going to be delivered until 2 days after my event. Nathan pulled my package from the truck since it was already in Freeland so I could pick up hours before I needed it! Thank you!!

No delivery attempt made I was literally waiting at window during and all around the time.driver lied about being there. Driver couldn't have physically been where he said he was and made it back to the shop when he did unless he was going at least 110mph. I called them enroute and they refused to deliver before 8pm as promised. Fraudulent practices and missing items. Do not recommend.

No delivery attempt made. We waited all day for this delivery. The online record says an attempt was made, but we were here and no one tried to deliver anything! Also, can't get a live person on the phone to answer questions about this problem.

Thanks for the multiple attempts in delivery. Driver in vehicle 110225 on 04/23/2018 @ approximately 6:15 pm was very kind a patient. He blew the horn as well as knocked. My fans sometimes are on high speed and then I can’t hear but he went over and beyond his duties to make sure I received my package signed and delivered. I truly appreciate it.
