Bought a 2007 Ford 150 as is. When I got it home it was leaking power steering fluid badly a problem we both should have noticed. I was first told it must have broke down on my 2 mile trip home. Later they agreed to split the bill with me which I thought was fair being as I bought it as is. Had us drive over 2hrs away tol ook at a truck that they had up there for sale we saw the pictures online and you guys I'm telling you when we get there as soon as I seen the truck I'm like got to be a joke it was dented in so bad rusted the inside look like they drove through like a mud pit with both the doors open seats were ripped like it was just not even cool honestly the only reason why they received three stars is because of the I think he was a maintenance guy and one other person that I think worked in customer service they were completely awesome honest and totally basically embarrassed that they even showed us that truck we were coming to spend over 25 Grand and they showed us a truck that wasn't even worth $1,200 crazy and then to act like it was no big deal it's what really did it for me I wish I would have gotten those guys names but they were really cool they're the only reason we stayed to look at other options we ended up purchasing with someone else

Avoid at all costs. I went to the Quick Lane at McDonald Ford in December of 2021. I had all four struts/shocks replaced, and ordered some new tires. It took them 3 days to get my vehicle back to me, and they put on tires different from what I had ordered. I had them take off the new tires and put my old ones back on. Now, three months later, I am having binding while turning and getting noise from my front struts as well as my rear shocks. I took my car to Grand Ledge Ford and they informed me that the shocks and struts need replacement. I called McDonald Ford Quick Lane, and they will only warranty their work if I take my car all the way back to Freeland to have it looked at, they will not work with Grand Ledge Ford. Come to find out, they used aftermarket parts instead of OEM. I am now out $1300 because I am unable to spend the time to drive all the way up there to wait for these guys to just mess things up all over again. With my new job I am unable to take time off to devote to something I JUST HAD REPLACED THREE MONTHS AGO.

I have been looking for a new (to me) Explorer for about a month now cause my 2007 4wd Explorer was on its last legs. After coming across a 2015 4wd Explorer in metallic bronze (which looks more rust orangeish red then bronze if you ask me) on cars.com I asked about it through the app and Loretta emailed me back and had Josh one of the managers contact me. The day I went to look at it Josh had a family engagement so one of the sales people Annabelle helped me with the help of another Manager Dave. Between the 3 of them My wife and I were taken care of extreamly well the car was SUPER clean and they even did a seacon detailing and wash for us after the sale was finalized. They provided snacks for my daughter and bottled water if we wanted as well as coffie. The waiting area has a fish tank and small live birds which helps keep kids atention if you need to wait for anything. When my wife noticed one of my weather seals on the driver side door had come loose they got me in first thing check all seals on every door and the rear hatch and fixed any seal that was coming loose at no charge. Overall they were a great help and would buy from them again.
