one star is to much..when you give a total amount , then open the box and say oh do you need these clips that are already in the box and add more $$$ to the total. What kind of business are you running ??? Very disappointed !!

This O’Reillys used to be amazing but since they change the staff I don’t really like coming here that much anymore because they give me a hard time a lot. Especially the young guy that’s new here, he likes to be a smart A** and treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about or he knows more than you which is not a professional way to handle yourself. But they always do get parts quick so I’ll give them three stars until they fix the staff. The Store manager is nice, And the guy I think his name is Garney, but other than that I don’t like the new staff.

O'Reilly's in Mount Morris is never a disappointment. They have the parts I need and the salespeople are knowledgeable. I drive past 3 other auto part stores to go there.

Went this morning and picked up a headlight for my car, wasn't easy getting in but after an hour or so got it installed. They just don't make cars like they use to! Or I'm just getting old 👴??? The young man was very helpful at the counter.

All the O'Reilly's here in Flint have the best managers especially the ones out there in Mount Morris and Pierson road and they are number one knowledgeable workers there and I was always shop there because their prices are there reasonable
