Modest bagelry with friendly customer service. They have several flavored cream cheeses which are quite tasty, and the bagels taste great. Giving 4 stars because it's a good place, but not as great as it could be.

I try really hard to find positives. So the people were nice enough. But 20min to get a single toasted bagel w cream cheese. Only to arrive at work (almost late -3 minutes away) to find they didn’t bother to toast said bagel. Is pretty dang frustrating.. Will definitely rethink stopping there in future

Bagels are always fresh and good, often are short staffed... like so many places. So don't be in a super rush. They are not slow, but limited staff means a little slower processing and often less selection depending on the time of the day.

Always a must stop when I'm in the area. Grew up going here for bagels, now always make sure to stop for breakfast on Sundays. Good hot food, friendly staff.

Breakfast Rancheros absolutely slaps. Pretty sure a 12 yo served me though last time. My guess is they don't pay their workers enough so they can't hire anyone.

Regardless of the day or time, this is the absolute slowest one I have ever been to outside the one on Kalamazoo Ave in Grand Rapids. I know staffing is tough, but owners need to do something. It's ridiculous. 25 minutes for 1 bagel literally every time.

Delicious bagels, muffins and sandwiches. They have many varieties of cream cheese also. Their espresso is good but not great. Also available are coke fountain drinks. Prices are a bit high but worth it as the quality is second to none. One of my favorite quick breakfast joints.

I went here on a Sunday after a decent snowfall, so it wasnt too busy around opening time. The worker was polite and pleasant. Bagel selection was great. They were fresh, tasty, and a good size. This place had a great atmosphere for a bagel shop. Normal seating and some other cozy areas that looked pretty inviting especially this time of year. Talking about over near the fireplace for sure :) I definitely look forward to going back soon.

I had a lovely apple pie bagel laced with cinnamon. All my friends enjoyed their bagels as well from the Asiago to blueberry. Super tasty! I do recommend asking for light cream cheese as they do tend to lay it on heavy. Overall friendly staff and a nice, cozy atmosphere.
