Customer service seemed autonomous which was a welcome change from the usual attitude at this location. Food was hot and fresh. We got through the drive through quickly. The items were all there with straws for drinks and accurate sauces. The only issue with the food was a minor ingredient mishap. The items were packaged securely and my tacos were all still intact. They may be quiet and nearly unresponsive, they'll give you the lettuce you didn't want but it will be quick, hot, fresh, and accurate. I'd be back either way. I live within a mile.

Well, I’m not one to usually leave reviews but it’s amazing what I just received. I ordered a 5 layer burrito and some sort of taco, and instead I received a taco with just cheese and a hard shell and a rice and cheese burrito. Pretty amazing.

Best taco bell I've been to in a long time! We had a car full of people with a good sized order. Couldn't believe how quick they had it ready. Hot, fresh, and best tasting. Wish we didn't live so far away. The employees working the night of 9/21 did great!

Asked for no sour cream got tons of it. How hard really is it to omit an item? Obviously difficult for these people. Your welcome for my money for food I couldn't eat! No sauce after being asked four times which sauce I wanted. Can you say worthless?

This location is a hit or miss (mostly miss lol) so be careful. Whenever I go here, they always forget multiple things, sauce, or mess up things. I worked at a Taco Bell for a year so I understand what they’re going through, but I’m just a little surprised it’s this bad still

Almost no meat in anything we ordered. The food was hot and the cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, etc were good, but there was hardly any meat at all on my wife's "beef" crunch wrap supreme, and maybe 6 chunks of chicken on my entire quesadilla.

Idk the names of the gentleman who were working today (8/25/22 @about 11pm) but they got my order out with the quickness. I thought to myself a lil tooooo quick but to my surprise my food was deliciously made.

Awful experience 😢 Walked in no one greeted is for solid 5 minutes. Seem us told is to use the kiosk cause she was leaving At 4pm for shift change and she doubted that they wanted her to open a drawer it was 2:15pm. We used the kiosk no problem. Ordered. Took 20 mins to get food after we ordered. And the food was made wrong. No one in the lobby until we were leaving 20 mins later.😕 they did fix my food no problem which was sweet of them but the work environment was awful and it was the dirtiest taco bell we've ever been to.

How can this Taco Bell go from very good a few months ago to the most terrible Taco Bell I know of? I ordered on the mobile app. The food is not supposed to be made until I announce I am there at the drive-thru speaker. However when I got the food, I could tell it had been sitting for quite a long time. After I ordered, I arrived at the restaurant to find a wait at the drive-thru of approximately 45 minutes. If I had not paid thru the app, I would have left. The employees operate so slowly that it is ridiculous. They take the order, take the money and then complete the order before they take another order. It would be more efficient to continue to take orders so the food prep could prepare the food before the car gets to the window. I will not be back.
