I was in the parking lot waiting for another business, the employees were outside smoking, and throwing profanity around like glitter! Very loud and vulgar language, then told a customer to hang on, they will be in shortly after they finish ‘this’ 🚬 where is the professionalism at?! Completely disrespectful to their own business as well as the ones around them.

I am here to tell you I have been in several boost stores and this one is the best. They have plenty of help and they are actually trained. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to this location. You will get helped in a timely manner and you won't leave mad like you will in the other Chambersburg and Waynesboro store.

Always scamming and taking money off the topI went in thereBecause I had insurance on my phone tried to charge me $200 so I went to the one in Chambersburg I didn't have to pay a dime went there another time same thing happen but with another girl not going to that location ever again

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if possible. The lady kimberly who was there to "help" tried over charging us by almost $63 to add my husband to my plan. She's a scammer. We ended up going to the hagerstown location and we got the same exact phone, same exact plan, same case & screen protector for $127 instead of the $195 she tried to Scam us out of. Shame on boost mobile for hiring such a fraud. Be weary folks.

Terrible customer service. Went in to replace my wifes cell phone. Was greeted and shown a phone promptly. It happened to be the same phone I was looking at online. The price I was quoted in store however was nearly $100 over the online price. When I questioned this I was rudely informed that they only sell phones bundled with accessories. I had no need for accessories but they basically said i had to buy them and pay $25 for activation. I purchased the phone online and through correspondence with boost have been assured i can activate it myself with no fee. I urge all boost mobile customers to not deal with the local store and only buy online as you will save yourself tons of money. Not to mention the accesories in store are overpriced compared to what they can purchasd for at Amazon/walmart.

I truly believe that boost mobile is a great service and I strongly advise anyone and everyone to join boost mobile. I have nothing but good things to say about the phones and service itself. The reason I gave this one star is because of the staff. I've been all over this beautiful state and visited many, many stores and met many people who provide customer service and by far I have had the worst experience here. The staff (two women one being in her mid-30s with blonde hair and the other early 40s with black hair) were completely unprofessional, ill experienced and left me feeling dissatisfied after the 3 times I had to come in just to switch over from straight talk. Don't get me wrong, as I said, I love the phone service itself but the in store customer service should be the ones representing the company and be the faces of it and if these are the people they chose to do so then I think their manager or district manager needs to reevaluate their store.
