Bryan and Carlos were so amazing 😂 sooo sooo amazing.They really understood me and although I troubled them with my questions but they were at my service!!! Y'all gotta go there if you really want good phones and great services!!

Just stopped in to Chambersburg boost to get new phone set up because Waynesboro location was frustrating and unhelpful. I must say Linda and Niombi were both pleasant professional and got the job done quickly, explained everything I need to know as well as other accessories, insurance, and features. I wish every boost employee brought the same caliber of customer service to the job as these two. Even with Linda Training, Niombi, the speed and service didn't suffer at all. These two have restored my faith in Boost mobile and have singlehandedly earned a loyal, lifelong customer. Thank God for these two , they are the personification of perfection and excellence. My only complaint is that I can't give the more than 5 stars. I have worked in business management for 20 years and these are the kind employees every business owner hopes for. Give them both raises and promotions immediately or there is no justice in boost mobile Chambersburg. My day was one of frustration before I entered boost mobile today and now it feels as if the sun is shining brighter and all the birds are singing just for me. If I ever have twin daughters I will name them after these two wizards of mobile phone technology and maverick saints of customer service. I can't even drive yet due to the goosebumps and chills I'm experiencing from witnessing the finest display of excellence in the history of mobile phone customer service. Verizon, T Mobile, Sprint, and ever other sorry excuse for a mobile phone company should be shaking in their corporate boots because these women are taking Boost to the next level and beyond. They are the future. I thank God for them and hope every Boost customer is lucky enough to get the chance to meet them and see them in action.... I'm literally shaking from sheer unadulterated approval and amazement. I say again, promote them both, give them both raises because nobody, could ever come close to their style and efficiency. Wherever Mr.or Ms. Boost Mobile is, I hope he or she knows how blessed they are to have these amazing assets representing this company. I need to lie down and look at my new phone. Viva la Boost! Mucho Mucho Bueno!

The attitude from the rep was horrible. Sad thing was she was training an employee. Was told a big fat lie by Carlos. He said he couldn't look up my account. They need retraining or firing. You decide.
