The Pharmacy staff was so kind, and had my prescriptions ready almost immediately after getting there, 15 minutes after leaving the doctor's office. Highly recommend!

Within months they've managed to get things together! I'm a much happier customer knowing that management is doing what they should've been doing months ago. Never a long line and if there is, someone's always around the corner to help out!

This might be the worst pharmacy is Highland. Since pharmacist Lynn left they have doubled the staff, but at the same time gotten very slow and very rude. Expect a 30 minute wait time to pick up an already filled script. Expect the pharmacist to give you bad advice. And, Expect the staff to be rude and take no accountability for their lack of urgency and lack of knowledge of how the computer system works. There are so many other pharmacies out there, don't waste your time with this one. I have been using this pharmacy for over a decade and it's been very inefficient since Lynn left. I tried to give them time to get it together, but its just getting progressively worse and now the constant attitude its just too much. I'm taking my business to a more professional pharmacy that cares about its customers and customer service.

Terrible! Pass it by! After waiting an hour, they close for lunch telling us to come back or go to the other Walgreens. Came back later and waited another hour for service. Bad organization. Switching pharmacies. To top it off the girl asked WHAT I was being treated for! How dare her? She then questioned my Doctors sntibiotic Rx. Never going back to this place!

Would give 0 if I could. Have a VERY important flight and need a covid test. Have had an appointment scheduled for OVER A WEEK and turned us away because "they were and hour behind" and somehow didn't have time to give a call. Offered to come back an hour later and was told they were just closed for the day. Extremely unprofessional. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The worst pharmacy EVeR! They take forever to do anything, they don't answer calls, and they are all RuDe!! Go to RITE AID--they are NiCE, Sooo helpful and they answer the phone within mins, willing to answer all your questions and they don't treat you like you're an inconvenience! This Walgreens sucks and always has since the door's opened!!

Wait time to pick up a ready prescription was over an hour! Two techs were so busy administering vaccines, they couldn't fill prescriptions or help the 5 people waiting in line to pick up.

I pick up my meds there, the pharmacy is very helpful and polite. And rather quick. Are willing to work with you if it's not a scheduled pickup. This place has everything u need, weather it be pens, detergent, toiletries, food, drinks, Halloween decor etc.

So I don’t believe in writing bad reviews- only positive ones. I have been going to this pharmacy since I was a young child, at least 20 years. However, there was a period of time shortly after the pharmacist I was so used to through the years was replaced, and I just did not feel valued as a patient/customer. Honestly I contemplated switching pharmacies. However, a wonderful female pharmacist started a while back and completely changed my mind. She’s so caring and always willing to help me with complex copay card stuff, and even goes out of her way to explain to me what to say in the event I happen to come in at a time she is not there so I am able to be helped in her absence. This woman is a blessing, and I don’t even know her name! She wears a hijab, though. The way she cares for her patients should is a golden-standard example. I hope she is here to stay! 💕

The female pharmacist absolutely cares about Walgreens customers. She smiles and treats you with respect. She is so helpful and takes the time to figure out your insurance instead of pushing you aside. She has fixed my prescription issues with patients and a caring persona that me as a customer appreciates. Thanks for being so nice in this uncertain pandemic it truly helps ease my anxiety that my pharmacist has my best interest in mind.
