Inside closes early since covid, then the drive thru is just always swamped and horribly slow moving. Keep the damn inside open until 10 or so like everything used to be! Wish there was another mcdonalds in the area

Well its a McDonalds but dang! Nothing fast about this place at all!!! I understand being short staffed but consistently the slowest service in history of fast food every time no matter the time or day. Two lanes but always only one open. If you have 30-40 mins to waste this is the place for you!

Shame on Mc Donald's, their French fries have been stone flat cold!! Should never get them @ this particular McDonald's again. Seems to be a pattern, they just want to get rid of them!!!

Staff was pleasant. Not many customers but I still felt like it was dirty inside. The ketchup machine was positively gross. Whatever came out of both of the dispensers did not have the taste, texture, color or consistency of ketchup.

Not a huge fan of this McDonald's 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong or items are forgotten. Most of the staff is nice. I recommend going to a different McDonalds or fast food restaurant.

One of the items I ordered was a chicken sandwich. When I pulled it from the bag, my lap was covered with lettuce. Part of the sandwich was not wrapped. The part that was wrapped was very loose. Is this the most difficult part of the job?

This location at one time was the best! Now they don’t care what you order.. they give you whatever they feel like giving you.. sad!!

I’m probably done with this location. It’s the closest to my house so I ordered pretty frequently but today I ordered through DoorDash and iced coffee was all over the inside of the bag, the lids were not on so it was all over the food bag, and all over me when I removed the food bag. The larger bag that is handed to a dasher is sealed. The manager of this location was rude, and ignorant. Also my nuggets were stale and cold. At least they finally gave me napkins!

Recently was served two raw Quarter Pounders, and have received stale/cold/incorrect food multiple times. The only reason for the second star is that the managers (or at least one of them) is quick to issue a refund if your food was wrong.
