This has been my go-to Pharmacy for many years. ERIC was the best! Recently I noticed he was gone. I enquired about him and was told he had left the company. This week it took me three visits to get my prescriptions filled. First an antibiotic I needed,they didn't have 14 of whicht was the prescribed,they gave me 4 went back again got 4 more. Finally on my third visit I got the rest of the prescribed .Had a new strength of blood pressure medication they gave me the old one.When I told themThe new one was out of stock, took 3 days to get.I miss ERIC he was a well-oiled machine. I know he didn't want to get the covid Vax and I'm guessing that's why he's gone. CVS lost a good one there!!

I urgently had to use the restroom before making a rather large makeup purchase. I've use this bathroom in the past. I asked to the front counter if I could use the restroom and they said there is no public use but I could go to Save-A-Lot. I think it's absolutely outrageous that you would send me to another store and lose a purchase just because you won't let me use the restroom? This isn't downtown Flint. You should have a little bit more customer service regarding restroom use in this day and age

Wouldn't sell me a hypodermic needle to drain the hematoma on my ear from a sports injury. Go to rite aid, they will provide you with a clean and safe needle.

Love the staff and helpfulness. Pharmacy hours are different than what google said, 8am-9pm week days , 9a-6p Saturdays and 10a-6p sundays But was informed all hours are changing after the new year!!!
