Great service, corrected an alignment issue on my LIncoln MKZ caused by Varsity Lincoln dealership. They would not correct their bad service, no matter who I talked to trying to get satisfaction- Service manager, service advisor, alignment tech. They would not even take the time to see if I had a legitimate concern. Belle Tire took over, corrected my mis-alignment and did not charge me for the service. Fabulous customer care, the way a business should treat a valued cuistomer. Thank you Belle Tire and Charles White-service advisor. Much appreciated!

Over the last few weeks Brian the assistant manager has been outstanding helping me with two of my vehicles. The new tires and rims on my explorer I couldn’t be happier with. I trust Brian and Belle tire with my vehicles all the time.

If I could give it a 0 I would. We had a flat tire and were prepared to buy 4 new tires. I called and Joe was so disrespectful on the phone. I immediately called the Brighton store 10 minutes down the road and had an amazing experience. Worth the drive for respectful and helpful employees.

I just wanted to get on here and do a quick shout out to Curt, the store manager. I've been following him for a few years and he never fails to deliver excellent and I would dare say perfect service!! He always fits my needs when shopping and never tries to sell me something I don't want. If you are looking for a new tire shop, stop by here and ask for Curt- you're in good hands!!!

Gentlemen through and through. Had a early/short service hours due to a personal store wide commitment. Very quick service and a good price. I have to say, I apologize for the interior of my car. It was a mess !! Thanks for no comments- I have no excuses- it was just a mess. Period.

Great service! Dropped in for an oil change and 4 new tires. Was told it would be 3 hours, was done in 90 minutes!

Extremely disappointed, made an appointment to get my tire looked at and fixed up... waited for an hour, guy comes to me with an invoice on everything that needs to be fixed other than my tire (which was told just needed a patch and that there was a staple in it) I tell him I just want my tire done.... finally got my keys.. guy tells me everything is fixed up and good to go, I thank him and leave, happy that it is all good now... wake up the next morning with my same tire practically flat.... and the staple is still there!!! I waited for an hour and literally nothing was done to my tire... just upsetting

I have been doing business with Belle tire for over 20 years. I stopped in today my van had a flat tire from a piece of metal damaging the tire. I told Joseph Fick my car was on the side of the road. He went above and beyond and had me a new tire in less than 20 minutes. What an awesome experience thanks Joseph and Belle tire.
