The website states drop hours are Mon-Fri 9-4. I loaded up my car and got there on Monday at 2:00. There is a sign reading drop off closed. Now I have to drive 20 miles to another donation center. Not happy that hours are not as posted.

Lost respect for this place, found a leather love seat for $600, nothing in your store should ever be $600, it was given to you! I found a much nicer one for $150 less online.

This is a nice group of people with whom one can share information and grow. Bible studies are excellent. The co-ministers are kind and dedicated people. They are trained in handling situations and problems.

I shop at Sal Army because I have a budget and only buy items that are discounted, but I frequently don't get the discount they advertise in writing and verbally, so I waste my gas going back to deal with a sour manager who only gives me credit with a deadline that I probably won't use because I don't get back there in time, or I don't find anything I want. I even reminded the cashier there were discounts as he rung me up today and he still didn't do it. Either they fail to train their employees or they do this intentionally, maybe both. It happens far too often, and I've never had these issues at other stores. I don't want credit. I didn't buy the stuff with credit. I want MY money back that they shouldn't have taken in the first place. Is this even legal??

Their prices for second-hand belongings is far too expensive. I shop at thrift stores because I'm poor, so the logic really doesn't compute.
