Milestone provides amazing programs to take food to seniors who are home bound, and bring services like ramp building and safety modifications to homes that need assistance. I volunteered and did a food delivery with meals on wheels and it was an amazing experience! I wish we had more organizations like this that are so accessible

I called for some assistance with my plumbing,I was told they have anew mileage and are looking for seniors to help. No one bothered to show or to call to tell me no one was coming. I realize this is a free service but at least have the decency to follow through. Just because we are retired doesn’t mean our time isn’t valuable.

Senior Services helps a lot of people, also gets a lot of seniors involved in volunteering. It allows people who have a lot of time to contribute to those who have no time or no resources.
