My husband ordered a 16 piece dinner with 3 Large Sides & they forget the Biscuits. WTH! You have one job to do all day and you can’t do it Right. Now pretend your the Customer- you stand in line for 30 minutes & paid for a Meal & you go home & it’s WRONG! How would you feel. Check your Voicemail every now & then because it’s FULL!

Just went there rn. At first I went to the drive thru and I was not acknowledged at all even tho there’s multiple employees inside. Then I went to the door and the manager said they they’re closed when there’s multiple employees in there and according to their hours they should have been open for 15 mins already! So I guess there hours are not 10:30am till whenever there hours are just decided on when they want to open.

Ordered chicken tenders and they were the worst ever. Breading didn't even stick to the chicken. Breading was soft like it was wet. Very very bad. They told me it came with brown gravy because they don't carry the white gravy any more. Did I get the brown gravy. Nope. Biscuits were hard as a rock. I asked for corn on the cobb. No corn as always. Did not have a good experience and very upset over this. I purchased the family meal. We ate it only because it was dinner. Very disappointing.

If I could give the zero stars I would they always have an issue when I pull up, either we wanna let you know it’s a 25 min wait or we only accepting cash. Or we only have this It’s always something close that ish dine

Church's chicken was good. Hadn't had it from this location so we tried it. We caught it when it came out fresh from the frier so it was good.

Worker didn't give me what I ask for realized it when I got home. Mac and cheese was cold. Her personality was professional.

So I ordered Uber eats tonight and not only did they forget my biscuits but also I noted in the order specifically and nicely to please add hot sauce, ketchup and a few other things. As seen in my picture I had to resort to jack in the box hot sauce and whataburger ketchup. The chicken was too greasy and the sides too small of a portion. What a disappointment being my first Uber Eats experience. I will never come here again. I’d rather drive down to Popeyes or KFC for better service and chicken.
