Slow as hell pharmacy dive thru with only one lane open. I had to switch pharmacies because it's constantly too slow. To the public take your business where they appreciate your business!

Service is not friendly AT ALL in the pharmacy department. This is the second time I’ve been to the pharmacy this month and the same chic seem like she have a attitude problem. I let it pass the first time because they were really busy (still no excuse) but I went in again today and she is just rude and she is not the only one. A young guy wasn’t too nice either but I let it slide then too. If customer service is not “your thing” then maybe you should re evaluate your career. Thank god I’m a changed women!! I won’t be going to this pharmacy anymore. I’ve been going here for years and the store within itself is fine. Never had a issue with the associates. The pharmacy department need some REAL training in customer service though. I’m just saying. Do better Walgreens. Smh

Extremely unprofessional, rude staff. I’ve been to plenty of pharmacies for Covid testing, however, this place was the worst. Only came here because CVS didn’t have an available appointment.

The pharmacy here is beyond horrible. They’re filling all my medication one to two weeks apart from each other and they’re refusing to get me my diabetes supplies. I’m on medical disability and they say my insurance won’t cover my test strips but yet they do. They’re supposed to file a order for my test strips which was a week ago and still haven’t gotten them and every time I ask for my strips, they say they still have to order them. Like wtf are you waiting for?

Worse pharmacy ever, no matter who much you go over your medications with them. They still manage to mess up the order, the turn over rate is extremely high! Every time I go it’s new people, so that says a lot about this location. They would rather lie than admit they messed up!

Called the pharmacy to clear up some issues that they were having with my insurance just to be told that they were too busy to call and verify my insurance so I guess my prescription will just be sitting there since they were too busy to help the customer. Went down the street to CVS and did not have a problem at all. I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 7 years or more. I guess I won’t be using the pharmacy anymore. But I do enjoy the employees that work the counter.

My review of this pharmacy about two years ago was 5 stars. Fast forward to 2021. If I could give a (-5) stars I would've. The new staffing in the pharmacy department within the last few months are a nightmare and extremely unprofessional. Totally different service. I found Pharmacist "Mo" extremely rude and judgemental. Very poor customer service. On one occasion I called and asked medication to be sent via USPS. It was overlooked. They also put you on hold and then forget about you. I realize everyone is overwhelmed and probably overworked due to the pandemic but that's not a reason to be rude or unprofessional with the customer. I will be changing pharmacies.

The people responsible for running this store and corporate leadership should be fired. This clearly has been a problem for some time and simply don’t care about the health hazards and safety for their patrons.
