Lady at the front wasn't the friendliest. She made it seem like I was bothering her by being there. Very sarcastic. The gentlemen I dealt with on the other hand was extremely nice and helpful, he stood out above all.

Terrible experience with the two at front just going about my day doing my business and the sarcasm they gave me was uncalled for. Also they kept following me and asking me odd questions I knew exactly what I needed and didn't need help for the fifth time made me feel very uncomfortable. Just because I have a different skin color to them does not mean I am here to steal that goes against my morals and I truly do hope their outdated thought process gets fixed

Another trip in today. I feel at home here. The visual. The smells. The warmth comfort all bring the "home" to hardware. If you need any type hardware supplies they probably have it. Just to walk through the aisles and see all of the items both common and unusual. Framing, cutting, glasswork and more.👍🏾 Convenient. Endearing with personable subject matter experts are phenomenal. Each encounter is relatable and comfortable. You all are loved. ❤️ There's even a selection of seasonings. Try the Meat Church rub/seasoning! Please make sure to continue support to this Lansing legend. Founder Luella's turning 100 this April. Excited for one of our Lansing legends.

Great family Store..throwback - has knowledgeable staff, keys made here (not a kiosk), a lot of items you can't find anywhere else (from a single item to multiples), friendly, helpful...stop in - just visit..buy something to help preserve this Gem of a store.
