Are you a crafter or enjoy home decorating ? Michael's has it all. The staff was helpful. I found some nice fall decorations on sale.

Nice selection, the staff is not overly bothersome like following you around the store bothering you. They give you time to look and decide what you want. My only complaint would be there a little over priced.

Hard to find what I was looking for and had a hard time finding staff to help. Once I did find someone it was really quick to get what I needed. The people who did help me, did so with a smile. Their sales are awesome and they have a great inventory of cake baking items. All in a great place for crafts.

The ladies here are like librarians of crafts, they know everything! They are also great at charads because I didn't know what to call anything and they nailed it each time.

Michaels is always great for arts and crafts. Today, I was in for craft supplies for the birdhouse gourds I am painting. I had an idea in my kind of what I was looking for, and the person who was helping me had all the patience as we sussed out what it was and where located. Pro-tip: never ever go in there without coupons.

I love our local Michael's. The customer service is great! The store is clean and organized well. The employees work hard to fit in as many of the craft and decor items as they can. I love shopping there. They have also been very accommodating during the pandemic offering prompt curbside pick up.
