I absolutely LOVE this place. Before coming to the Lash Lounge, I went somewhere new and the lady had actually glued the lashes on my eyelid! The Lash Lounge got me in right away, took them off and re-applied a day later right before a concert and huge festival I was attending that weekend. I have kept going back since and Stephanie is just absolutely amazing, her personality, she has given me so much advice as a student in esthetics school and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting my lashes done here. Stephanie does a phenomenal job and she is really fast! Cannot stress enough how amazing she is. I do also want to mention how no one pushed a membership on me whatsoever like other lash places may do. Service: Eyelash extensions

Been coming for months now to get lash refills, it’s awesome to not have to wear mascara anymore! I get the Classic refills. I've gotten many compliments and everyone always says they look natural. The membership is definitely worth it and the staff is very nice and informative. They suggest coming in every 2-3 weeks but mine always last longer than that. They seem to use high end products and even take in consideration the humidity outside when choosing the glue to make sure you have the best retention. I know not all places do that. I use Kayden every time and she always does a wonderful job and is very personable! Service: Eyelash extensions

My lashes have never looked better!!! My stylist, Kaydan was incredible - she was very gentle and went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable. She not only gave me magazine worthy lashes but we had some quality conversations. I could not possibly be any happier or more satisfied. Paige at the front desk was also very welcoming and kind and made sure to answer all my aftercare questions. I missed my 1:00 appointment. They charged me for the appointment and said I could come back in a week or two and pay again…. I will not return. In response to the owner asking me to come back and pay again… 🙄 Your policy is trash and needs to be adjusted. I could have easily come in the same day at a later time. I am a hairstylist and I would NEVER charge a client for a service I didn’t perform. I would rebook them for a later time b/c ethically that’s the right thing to do! It’s your business so you can do whatever you want but know when you enforce policies that don’t put your customers best interest in the forefront you always loose more then you get. First of all, I look forward to getting my lashes done because the atmosphere is so calm, I fall asleep. Swati does a great job and I can barely feel her touching my eyes. Sharnita at ITB is just as gentle. But the good mojo extends to the rest of the staff as well. Paige, Luciana and Morgan are wonderful. Most recently, I was contracted by text on Saturday for an appointment on Monday. The previous day, I had asked for extra lashes in addition to the Hybrid Refill. On Saturday Luciana texted me to say that they had made more time for my lashes and like Paige the day before, gave me the option of adding an additional 30 lashes. Those gestures make a world of difference because they went the extra mile to ensure that my Monday appointment was perfect. I didn’t ask for accommodation; they saw what I needed and reached out. I wish they worked for my home insurance company 😆. I’m at lash lounge twice monthly for my nap and refill and it is an oasis. Highly recommended. Service: Eyelash extensions

I had some trouble at first getting an appointment with Luci through no fault of her own but once I did I was so pleased at the work she did. I had some fall out initially but Luci fixed it up barely a day later free of charge and I had the best retention I’ve had in months. Now I’m happy I can go in for a refill after two weeks instead of a full set! I can’t recommend Luci enough, she’s so kind and dedicated! Service: Eyelash extensions

I was new to any lash services and wanted to build my way up to getting extensions so I tested out lift + tints first, and now I just get the natural lash extensions (more my style then Hybrid, etc.). Stephanie and Kaydan are the two I have had the pleasure of getting services done by, and they are amazing! So sweet, nice, and informative for someone like me who had and still has no idea about lashes, upkeep, etc. Plus everyone there seems like they all get along and truly like what they do which is refreshing to walk into. Finally my lashes get compliments all the time, which makes me so happy to come back for my refills and tell them the exciting reviews!
