FLAGSTAR BANK IS OPEN 🤷♂️ Just take the sign down and the ATM out of this location. Can't just open when you want to then blame it on covid or not having staff. Just shut the doors and disassemble this location. I changed banks due to your store fluctuations of hours of operation. Can't make deposits and or get change for my buisness. What a joke it is to even be in this town.

This place has continued to be a joke and no one is laughing anymore. Weird hours, closed consistently during the week, unable to reach a person on the phone for help, night deposit box closed, if I wanted to bank in Frandor I would have. This branch should be permanently closed.

Locations are closed more than open. They need to hire more staff. They have already closed a couple locations that are near our office so now we have to drive further just to find out the branch is closed. If I could switch out business account to another bank I would.

Just called the local Okemos number to ask a simple questions. I have a timer on my phone. It took me 4:57 seconds to get a voice and it was not a local person. They wanted to transfer me to yet another number that was not local to answer my simple question. I work for a company that deals with several banks in the area and I must say I wish I never had to deal with Bank of America for anything!
