We just had furniture delivered and these guys (Brock and Eric) went above and beyond. This wasn't a small delivery by any means but they took their time, assembled everything correct and were super friendly and personable. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone along with these two awesome guys. They made this experience even better and we really appreciate everything they did. We will definitely go back again!!!

I've been with this company for a few years now they have two gentlemen there by the name of Chris and Joe very professional amazing helpful work with you I would recommend this to anybody who's looking for a break and buying furniture or renting furniture I never seen a company like this that truly cares about their customers outstanding company outstanding human beings that work there.this is the Only company with No Hiding Fees....That's why I recommend them.

Prices are good, Most of the Staff are Awesome a few Not so much.... I have been buying from these people since 2012, The quality of their furniture is very good. Although they do need to update their pictures the pictures of furniture I’m seeing on there are super old!

These guys are great! Rented a new washer & dryer set with an awesome price! Nice guys came and set it all up! I even had my debit AND Visa info compromised and they worked with me on the billing issues without a blink of an eye!! Thanks for that! I wish I had known these guys were in town before using Cort for my temp work assignment, but if I am ever in the area again I will be SURE to use them, their show room has some nice couches and chairs to rent!

They are the best place for anyone who has less then perfect credit. The staff is amazing and know me by name and are always helpful and never pushy. I've been going here for years. They even helped me get a car loan, showing my payment history to the bank made the difference i needed to get my loan. They are great i only wish they didn't close the richmond location.
