I have taken multiple phones on multiple occasions. He has been nothing short of amazing. He is respectful, kind, and approachable. He has done great work for me and is fast (because heaven forbid I be without my phone for more than a few hours 😜). His communication is excellent. He has answered any questions I had. He also insisted I reach out for any reason something isn't working with the phone so that it could be fixed. Very nice and very fast!! Did an excellent job. Feels like I have a brand new phone!! I got my phone ran over by my sisters jeep on accident. He got me in about an hour after I called, and only took a half hour to fix for a reasonable price! He was very professional and kind. I recommend him 110%!

I believe the gentleman that fixed my son's cell phone screen is named Charlie. He was extremity courteous. He said his phone would be fixed in 45 mins and it was. I'm grateful that he was able to fix it the same day I called. Definitely keeping him in my contacts for future repairs.

I needed my daughters phone fixed and this business was open on Sunday. Owner was very prompt in returning my call. He fixed the phone in under a hour and the price was great. Very professional and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Charlie was very prompt in responding to email, text and phone communications. He was upfront about the cost involved with fixing the broken charging port on my S5. He was polite and very professional. I will be keeping his contact info for any future phone repairs. I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family for phone repair issues. On a side note, it came up in conversation that he is a veteran; so it is a bonus that by using King PC Solutions you are supporting someone that served our country.

I am super happy. I needed the keyboard and touchpad replaced on my laptop. I called around and the best quote I got was $209 and it would be about 3 weeks to get the parts in. KING PC did it for $80 and had the part ordered and installed within a few days. Super happy, I'll be sure to call back here next time I need service. ALSO - They suggested some upgrades I could make myself, and walked me through who to do it.
