Caleb really helped me out into getting me into a car . My credit was NOT The best and he did everything he could to make sure I got into the a vehicle ! And not just any vehicle the vehicle I actually wanted !! He even got my price lowered for my payments ! I’m so used to going into dealerships sitting there for hours and not getting approved ! But Caleb made sure I was satisfied and was very patient with me ! I went from a 2015 Elantra to a push to start 2019 Jeep Compass ! Blessed ! He also gave me pointers on building credit I will most definitely be back and send people his way !

First, let me say I am the customer who would rather go to the dentist than shop for a car LOL! Unfortunately, my car was totaled so I had to shop for a car. After much prayer and a good night of rest, I looked online, and behold I saw the vehicle I was looking for via cargurus.com was at your location and at a fair price. I called to set up an appointment and salesman Aaron Porter answered the phone. From my arrival to purchasing the vehicle and receiving the keys, Aaron was phenomenal! He was personable, customer-centered, transparent, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy but patient. There was no hesitation to let me take the vehicle for inspection by an outside mechanic who found the vehicle to be in excellent condition. Since my purchase, I have called a couple of times to ask Aaron a few questions and never felt rushed but welcomed to call. I pray I do not need a car soon but if I do, I would call to see if Aaron was still at your location. Sincerely, I believe many in sales can take a few notes from Aarons's book. Although the goal is to get the sale, I never was made to feel like the sale was Aaron's priority like he was hungry; but instead concerned about me being happy with my purchase. Otherwise, I would have walked out of the door. I would not be surprised if he is the top salesperson at your location.

I just recently got a new Jeep and the team here was great! Starting this journey I was first greeted by Josh who was very kind, down to earth, knowledgeable and personable. He worked hard on my behalf too. I worked with Josh for a while, while I was thinking of what I wanted to do moving forward. I then spoke with Jeremy who was very kind and down to earth also kind and personable. Through this process I was introduced to Deivon who took great care of me as well. I was well pleased with his attentiveness. Last but not least Brandon in financing was amazing! He really made things easier to understand and was helpful. I’m grateful that I had this experience to share! I definitely will be referring friends & family! As a 21 year old, I made my first expensive car purchase here. I don't know much about cars and I asked A LOT of questions(car, insurance, registration, pricing, etc). I worked with one of their employees, Aaron, and every step of the way, he answered every question in a polite, professional manner while at the same time reflecting a positive attitude. He showed knowledge of the vehicles and of the processes we would go through. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. One thing I think is important for people to know is once you finalize on the car, they give you a variety of warrantee OPTIONS which would be added to your bill every month. I decided to opt out of these in order to stay in my budget range. They get to be pricy. This is normal and most people I have talked to also do not get the warrantees.

I don’t really do online reviews but Caleb went way out of his way to help and accommodate me. This was my first time financing a vehicle and I went to a lot of dealerships and dealt with numerous dealers but Caleb was the most comforting and supportive in my journey to find a new ride. I really wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, my credit wasn’t best and I didn’t think I could get it but he made it happen. Even when I told him I was looking around at other locations he still called and checked on me. He was totally upfront and honest about everything. He was the only dealer I felt I could trust. He got me into the Jeep I wanted. He is really a great guy and is definitely good at what he does. I recommend him to everyone I meet looking for a new vehicle. You won’t regret going to him.
