I drove all the way to this location expecting it to be open until 9. The staff closed early and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing outside at 8:35. Ridiculous. Then some girl came out while I was walking back to my car and said THE MANAGER said they could close early??? For an individually owned restaurant??? Really? Well OWNER… This is your team. And this is my rating.

The young lady on the cash register use the same gloves to fix my food and touch the cash register and I had to ask her to change her gloves which I do not believe she did and burned the bread on purpose

Time for them to close the doors. No hair nets. Mask under noses. Food thrown together. There was a fuzz ball on my sandwich from the girls shirt. Just terrible. They did remake the sandwich.

I walked up to the counter and a man maybe 300+ pounds sighed and said "how can I take your order cutie" keep in mind I'm 12. My mom just told me to go in and get a sub. I read his name tag and it said Joseph Saferstein, he was snacking on one of the macadamia nut cookies with crumbs on his chin. I tried to ignore his weird conversation skills because I assumed that Subway hires people with special needs. Anyways I finish up my order and it comes up to $12 and the bumbling 300 pound man slowly makes my sub while breathing hard and it comes out half made because i think he took bites out of it while making it. 1 star! weird employee, terrible service, and food was awful.

Please replace this worker ASAP (or teach him properly). 3/31/21 ~7pm. Terrible service, flirty with teens (check the video), guy charged customers $20 for 2 sandwiches without even ringing it up first (check video) hmmm 🤔. Oh then there was me, didn't tell anyone that he only has white bread, and didn't cut my sandwich 😂. Just wow...

Served by #4 on 4/17/2021 and it was busy at 1:25pm...being very busy, he was getting after it and apologized to each customer or group for the wait. He did a great job yet should not be working alone if it is that busy. Recommended.

Food quality was awful, they were out of basic condiments mid-afternoon, and the worker apparently did not know what ranch was because he put what tasted like Cesar dressing all over my sandwich (that or their ranch was bad - which I wouldn't be surprised either). Customer service was poor. The moment I walked in the door I was told I could only order if I paid exact in cash but was never actually greeted.. no wonder Subway is slowly disappearing one by one.

Maybe next time a customer calls the store to ask why you would literally give me burnt to a crisp cookies ,make sure you hang up the phone before you go on a talk to your manager how you called me several names and how you would throw down and catch a case if I came in, sorry I don’t speak ghetto very well. I’m pretty sure the icing on the cake is the person admitting the cookies were burnt and he was going to make new ones. These were not a little burnt they were burnt so bad I couldn’t tell what flavor they were. Answering a business phone saying “hey” was the first red flag.

Don't order online!!!! Go into the store or they will make your sandwich the way they want not the way you order. Im not sure if the person that made my sandwiches (6 total I have a home full of Hangry kids) can't understand online orders or what? Believe me just go inside. Hopefully you won't experience terrible customer service. Oh yeah this is the last time I order from this place inside or online. It seems like fast food is suffering for good customer service. You are lucky if you find a place that the person taking your order says hello. Ive been to other subways cause my kids love it. This one is the only one open in the Southfield area 12 & Evergreen that Im aware of. I'd rather drive a little further away than go here.

They should have a half of a star, worst place ever and very rude. I ordered 2 footlongs and a Coca-Cola, , however i never received my drink and when I called to ask about it, I was told it was not there problem or fault. I asked if I could get credit for it back on by card, they stated no they can not, I said ok I will just depute it with the credit card company, I was told no I can not do that either, I said watch me. She proceeded to tell me and if I call back my number will be blocked.
