the legal age to purchase rolling papers (not tobacco cigars or wraps) but rolling papers is 18. they contain no tobacco and i have seen them used for smoking lavender personally which is not an illegal substance to roll. this law is respected at every business in spring lake and grand haven and i will support those businesses from now on and tell my friends to do the same. rules should be standard and not based on the owners beliefs.

Owners aren’t very knowledgeable about buying ages, they require you to be 21 to simply buy papers which isn’t a tobacco product and can buy at your local wild bills at the age of 18 I tried explaining this to owner but he is in fact a bigot

Our local place for candy, wine, beer, liquor and those-'oh my gosh I need' go to place. Great selection of Michigan Craft Beer. The neighborhood kids visit several times a day for Country Dairy ice cream and other candy. You will love them if you are a BOATER! If you visit Smiths Bayou on Spring Lake, there are two access points to drop off a person to run up half a block to the store to pick up your order!
