Placed a pickup order, total was $22.25. Gave the hostess $25 and she didn't bother to give me my change. She didn't even consider it. She took the money, kept it all, and she didn't even go get the food, she sent someone else to get it. So, I may have probably told her to keep the change, but she didn't give me that option. The fact that she didn't even attempt to give me any change bothers me. I tip on deliveries. I tip a server when I sit down at a restaurant/bar. I don't always tip on a pickup. I guess certain people have decided to tip themselves for doing basically nothing but standing there. Either she thought she deserved a 12% tip, or she doesn't know how to make change. I'm not really sure but I wouldn't consider the service she provided to be friendly or polite either, she seemed to be annoyed to be there. I don't know who this girl was but the name on the receipt was Tiara. How clever and original her parents must be. Anyway, the food was average at best.

I've been going here since I was a kid. I love the place. The food is good, not great but it's good bar food. The atmosphere is the draw. The place has character that's for sure. I've always had a good time every visit.

I attended an event with 26 guests. They had us in a small room with only one waitress. Once we were seated there was very little room to move. The waitress was very snippy and sarcastic. We were only allowed to choose from four dishes (chosen by the management). Hard to have a festive holiday party sitting down with no room to mingle.

I stopped in with my wife and her cousin today to grab some food. The vibe of this restaurant is pretty cool with all the decor and lighting. we ordered the perch, French onion soup, and the firehouse pizza. The pizza was not bad but also not good just middle of the road. The perch was completely flavorless. It had absolutely no flavor. Not sure how long it had been frozen for but you can tell it is not fresh or well seasoned. The soup was good however for what it's worth. Our waitress was not very friendly either. We could tell she saw us more as an inconvenience then anything. Maybe this was just a bad experience but I don't think we will be back.

Atmosphere is great. Lots of stuff to look at. Food is a mix. They offer popcorn for an appetizer which is really fun. The BBQ Chicken Flatbread was delicious. Mac and cheese was mediocre.

Nice place, the food was good and prices very reasonable. It was too busy so the service was taking too long. I loved the environment though so I am planning on going back to reevaluate. It has the potential to become one of my favorites places for a quick bite. Ohh, did I mentioned they offer free popcorn?

Wonderful experience. Allison, our waitress was very lively and accommodating. She made sure our food was hot. Chicken wings were tasty, crispy and hot. The steak bites were tender, seasoned to perfection and reasonably warm. The band was animated, playing a variety of music which I thoroughly enjoyed. Every Friday night is band night so I will definitely be back this coming Friday.

Great time, sat on the patio with some friends for my wife's birthday celebration. Food and drinks were good and very affordable. There was a live band inside and the singer actually came out on the patio to sing and say hello to those outside!

First time visit, won't be returning. Took almost 2 hours for 2 adults and a small child who didn't eat. Walking in to an empty host stand and searching for someone to greet us should have been red flag number one. Then having a table that's was sat after us get serviced first, red flag number 2. Waiting 30 minutes for cheese bread then have to ask for it. The pop also was weird has no carbonation very flat that came in a child sized cup. We get deep pizza which was great but waiting for the bill another problem or even a box for leftovers more waiting. And more waiting to get bill picked up so much so we had to get up and go to the waitress ourselves. So all in all great food doesn't make for return visit when service doesn't match. Save yourself the trouble and find something else.
