Excellent service, will return. They were able to get my MacBook Air to power back on after both Best Buy and the Apple Store couldn’t. The recommendation at these other establishments was to send my computer away for $400 or buy a new one. Mad Mikes charged me $60 and fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. I will be going here from now on!

A local small business is great, but one that out-performs big business is legendary. My experience with Mad Mikes checked all my boxes: Customer service, pricing, and most of all backbone. I had a broken MacBook Pro that costed me a fraction of what I would have payed had I gone to the crooks that are Apple. This business doesn’t screw around. Mike instructed me to buy the broken part myself so it would be cheaper on my end. Unlike other small business Mad Mikes’s hours work for the customer. I was able to give them my new part at 9AM and by 10:30AM my MacBook Pro was repaired and fully functioning. Thank You Again Mad Mikes!

They took my computer and did a deep diagnosis over 3 days (2 work days), and figured out that my new power supply was actually very faulty! They made sure to test my other components to make sure that nothing else was damaged due to the faulty power supply and tested the new one provided to make sure we didn't get a repeat!

Mad Mike's team repaired our MAC Laptop suspect Power Port. They were extremely friendly, informative, knowledgeable, honest and explained exactly what they were going to do for diagnosing. great little computer store, I'm from down state, and it's cheaper then micro center for upgrades to a PC. Done by the date promised, everything works With no issues. Good communication, phone calls and kept me up to date every step of the way. If I where to say something, the employees didn't have on masks around customers 3/2/21, still part of covid.

This place is the real deal. I brought a laptop in that had locked up and within a couple days he had it up and running way way faster than it had ever run before. Based on other CPU repairs I have had before I expected quite a bill. I was wrong, Mad Mikes is quick, informative, friendly and inexpensive. I won't ever use another computer store again.
