Had my truck repaired here after a deer collision. Bob the estimator is excellent. He keeps you up to date on everything. He also let's you know even if there is a slow down. He had to wait for one part and called me to inform me that he was trying to hunt one down faster.

I was refused service because I wanted to pay out of pocket. I used them in the past and had a good experience, so I was disappointed they turned me away for such a reason. I even offered to give them a deposit just so they could be assured they would be paid. Response to Owner: There is nothing you can do to win my business back. I took my vehicle to another shop and they laughed about the conduct of your staff and were glad to accept my business. One of my family members just got an estimate from Gerber (funny how they were okay to accept his business since he was using insurance) and I advised him not to use you guys after what happened to me (check your records if you don't believe me). This easily cost you $5k ($8k total if you include my lost business). It just seemed like the woman who I talked to was generalizing me as being poor and too risky. Just because I live in South Warren does not mean I am poor.

My insurance company (USAA) referred Gerber to me. This company made me feel very comfortable from the time we dropped off to when we picked up! When they were finished with my van it looked brand new, they washed and detailed it, even inside was clean. I would most definitely recommend these folks to anyone!

My insurance company referred me to them, they are unprofessional. They did not complete all of the work they were supposed to before releasing my car. They also lied to the insurance company and told them my car was ready, when in fact it was not. This interfered with my rental. After returning my rental they wanted me to come back and have the work finished, I did not even feel comfortable going to them after such a horrible experience. Mike the manager reassured me my experience would be better and asked me to hold off my survey with the insurance company. He also mentioned giving me a gift certificate. None of that happen, he lied and the service was horrible and it took up my entire day without a rental. Total inconvenience on their behalf. I would not recommend this collision shop.
