So very slow!!! My husband waited 20 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of him. 3 workers and 2 of them ignored him.

Karen was so rude to us. We were waiting for 20 minutes while she was making online orders. We walk up and she says “can I help you”. Like yeah we need you to make the food. I ordered a salad and she didn’t even put lettuce on it and I had to ask. What is a salad without lettuce. I will never be back.

The food is decent. Although they never seem to read the section where you type in special requests, but the staff is RUDE! We are on about our 4th visit in the last few months, and they are all awful.

SORRY, but this location server announced as we waited in line that they were closing in 5 minutes and gave us a go away look. We did, to Burger King who was happy to take our order. #WestBranch Subway.

Terrible customer service at this location! Even the manager is unprofessional and dishonest. I left a bad review about our terrible experience June of 2020. The very next day I received a nice apologetic email from someone named Andrew Brown who claimed that this location was “his store” and he was very sorry for our poor experience. He expressed his sympathy and apologies, and asked for my mailing address to “make the situation right.” I responded, and never heard from him again! I even said I wouldn’t let one bad experience keep us from returning to this location. We have visited the store before, and at the time planned to visit again. My wife and I stopped in and ordered two sandwiches last week, and the order did get made correctly, but the staff are rude, and either under trained or hate their job. I guess attitude reflects leadership, and if the owner/manager is dishonest and unprofessional, we cannot expect his employees to be any better. Visit at your own risk. You would think stopping in at a sandwich shop to get a quick bite to eat would be pretty easy and uneventful. You will wish you’d gone elsewhere.

My husband brought home sandwiches. Mine was supposedly a roast beef. One slice of meat was on a foot long! More mayo than anything! His sandwich had 2 pieces of meat. Never going there again! Very disappointed!

I mobile order. Some sandwich artists struggle with getting it out on time and more than once I've waited for the line to clear. Update to review- visited last week. Staff was unfriendly and bickering in front of customers. Was charged for a bag of chips I didn't ask for. Convenient location is the only reason I will continue to visit.

Mikayla (sp?) didn't put her mask on to make my sandwich and proceeded to chomp her gum with her mouth hanging open over my sub the entire time. Truly disgusting. She was also quite rude. Definitely won't be stopping there again on my way through town.
