Package from Walmart. Not dropped off at home address, due to no one home. Message left on phone, p/u at Ace, went to Ace just before closing. Staff called ups due to package picked up today, from Ace. I lost tracking number days before. Meeting UPS truck at 7 pm.

No matter how pleasant I try to make my driveway for UPS there is always a weather issue even if there isn't one! Next time I will check and make sure FedEx is delivering!

Take the reviews as fact. The place is a joke. I can't believe someone hasn't taken advantage of the opportunity to open another franchise in town. Sent my package back to Florida from Michigan because the label was damaged. But damaged enough that it couldn't get five miles from my house but enough to send it 1400 miles back. This without any attempt whatsoever to contact me. Must be paying UPS a lot of money to keep the franchise name.

My son bought a phone from Verizon and it was supposed to be delivered by ups. My wife got an email saying it was delivered and for location it said other well that didn't tell us much so we were on the phone with Verizon and ups with no help. They called a week later saying the driver set the package in the driveway because my dogs were out. Mind you the day it was supposed to be delivered we had a big snow storm. Well when ups said it was left setting in the driveway I figured either the dogs picked it up or someone stole it. After looking around my property I located a box that turned out to be the phone. After a week of setting out in the rain and snow. When he threw it in the driveway the dogs figured it must be something to play with. Instead of the driver taking it back to the warehouse and putting on the tracking information that it was returned back to the depot and would be rescheduled for delivery he just threw it in the driveway. Not the type delivery service I want handling a $1000 phone

I went up there at 3:15pm and they were closed so I left. I called the number and the lady said to go up there to pick my package up and said they were open. I went back around 4:00-4:30pm and they were stilled closed. I called back and informed the people on the phone the office was closed and they said its not. They refused to believe the office was closed and told me to just go in and pick up my package. Again nobody was there and it was still closed at 5:00pm.

They CONSTANTLY refuse to deliver my packages. It’s an absolutely beautiful day today and they’re “unable” to deliver my packages due to weather. It’s more like “unwilling” to deliver!!! How come UPS is unable while fed ex can deliver packages to my street multiple times a day????? I’d give no stars but I had to give something.

We live in Gladwin and the two UPS Drivers that have delivered to our residence have been professional, courteous and friendly. I really appreciate their dedication not only during bad weather, but during the holidays and pandemic. Great job UPS!

I have not had a bad experience with this location. I wish they had expanded hours but they are open from 3pm to 6 pm. Very busy right at 3pm, that has been pretty much the only time I go so I can't say if it is busy later on or not. Friwbdly and overall a good experience. Very knowledgeable and efficient staff.

1 Thing right away... Paul is very lazy Slow moving and kinda rude. Waited in line for 1 1/2 hours I got up to the office and asked (paul) If he had a shipping box. He said. " I dont know if I got one" then He continued to ask down the line behind me if anyone had a shipping label ready package. People the whole time in line around me was Complaining about the service there. If you have a package that need a label or needs ANYKIND of shipping Material's.. take the drive to Saginaw. This place is a Waste of time if you need actual help..

Rude people working here. Tall caucasian skinny white guy always has a hissy fit if he has to print me up a drop off label and todah , he refused. Unless, he didn't hear me.. but just his attitude overall, Wow. Poor customer service. I really hope he can improve on his attitude for himself & his job. I hope this location gets better & do wish them well still. Edit: this wasn't the first or second time either they were rude. I rarely post reviews but after today, geez.
