I'm extremely pleased with the service. My phone kept shutting off and I was hacked. The manager knew exactly what to do and he secured my account. I went to 2 metro stores that did nothing but this store fixed everything. Screen was cracked and he transferred all the pics and numbers. Keith did a great job!

Had a crazy specific problem regarding text messages and the store manager was on the issue quick. Problem was fixed in less than 6 minutes. Location was quite clean and friendly as well. For context Incase anyone has the same problem, when texting, if you can't send or receive images, there's a problem with the apn, likely the mmsc part of it In my case. The manager knew what to look for and got me back up.

Sabrina was a lifesaver for me yesterday!! I came in with my mother in laws phone and she was able to help me get things set up for her quickly and even took the time to write down a step by step guide on how to switch over my daughter's phone with a back up we ended up with!! Mother in laws happy ✔️ daughter has a new phone ✔️ I didn't realize there was a difference in Metro stores, but there is!! She even found an additional line in my account that another store secretly added!!! Stick to this place they won't steer you wrong!!
