Got bad information from the broker that appt window was from 2-8pm. Arrived at 1230pm and office explained that I could check in at 2 as my appt was actually at 8pm. Checked in at 2, in a door by 205p and was loaded and on the road by 330pm. Great communication by all office and dock personnel!

Great place to pick or drop off. I did both came day early and they unloaded me and then loaded me also. As long as there not to busy they go out of there way. They also have to pads with concrete to park overnight or for your break. Also have vending machines and restrooms portable. They start at 4am first come. Quick loading and unloading

Pretty nice place aside from having to get loaded in two different places. It's not the end of the world but still annoying I guess? People here are very nice. I was a couple hours late due to my previous stop and this place still got me in and out pretty quick.

Everyone is nice the address I had was 107 11th street but it’s the same . Check in bldg B park on pad on right side walk to door make sure you bring in your id fill out form on table go to window! Very fast unloading for me ! My directions I came from was I-94 west ext 160 turn left at stop sign, go about 8 miles turned right at 11th street , go straight to bldg B to check in it has a huge lot a bldg for overnight parking

As I was checking in to be unloaded, 3 drivers came in about 5 minutes apart each one with a cat scale. Every one of them was severely overloaded. Wasting everybody's time. They don't want to hear how much your truck and trailer weigh they just overload you then have you go all the way to the truck stop then come back with a catscale. And then give you grief about having to rework the load. The girl in the office was very kind and apologetic. The loaders need to be more professional and do their job correctly.
