I had a great experience having Drew Dufner as my salesperson. I walked into Kolar on a while and let my salesperson know that my time was limited as I had a doctors appointment in about an hour. Although it was relatively busy, Drew went out of his way to make sure my trade in was appraised asap and he pulled up the car I was interested within minutes. I was super surprised how smooth the buying process went thereafter. It was by far the least stressful car buying experience ever! I highly recommend choosing Drew Dufner to be your sales representative. Great overall experience and I’m very happy with my new (used) Ford Explorer.

We had worked with Drew at Toyota and we are super happy with our experience. We showed up ten minutes before close to test drive a car and he was more than willing to help us. We had been to several other car dealerships and some would only talk to my husband (not me who was actually buying the car). Drew and his can do attitude and the availability of a hybrid was what sold us. I think Kolar Toyota's service is very good, but the sales department is well below average. Any dealer that sells a new vehicle over the window sticker price makes me wonder if they even really care about their customers. There are other Toyota dealers that won't try to take advantage of you.

So I previously purchased a New Tacoma from Kolar about six months ago, I quickly realized that while it was a super nice truck, it lacked in multiple areas that I needed. I reached out to Heather, who directed me to Amanda, and what a great experience! Not only did they still have a 22 Tundra on the lot, but they pulled a few strings so that I could drive it off the lot that day. My experience here has been great both times I’ve visited. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shoutout to the finance department for all the steps put in that day!
