These guys were awesome. I was hauling a load from Bismarck, North Dakota, to Chicago, Illinois, and I had a whole bunch of noise coming from my front end of my truck, that sounded terrible. I brought it in to these guys, and the lady at front desk was very polite, and helpful, she went and grabbed one of the guys from the shop right away, and he came out, looked at my truck and had me pull into the shop right away. I didn't even have to unhook my trailer. So I pulled right in, truck, trailer, and all. They fixed things up, right away and got me back on the road, in like 15 to 20 minutes. And they didn't charge me anything for this. It can be hard to find good mechanics these days, and these guys are definitely at the top of that good bar. Unfortunately I don't live to close to these guys. But if I am ever in the area or anything, I know where I will be going. And for those of you that live anywhere close to these guys. Definitely give them a shot. I highly doubt you will disappointed. Anyways, I hope this review helps y'all out there. And I hope you folks there, at T-Care in Jackson MN appreciate this review. We are traveling with our fifth wheel camper and battery went bad on my pick up. They said come on in and they would trst the battery. They did on the spot, dropped what they were doing and replaced the battery. These people are awesome! We are going from SD to SC and the women in the office helped to find the right battery for me. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Called from the hwy with a truck problem on a Friday before a holiday weekend. They got us in right away. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and genuine good people. They even borrowed us a car and recommended a great restaurant for lunch. If you break down in Jackson Minnesota, go here!

Two days after getting our oil changed at Jiffy Lube we embarked on a 2000 mile road trip. 300 miles in and we noticed the car smoking under the hood. We stopped in at T-Care with no appointment and desperate. My husband overheard as he walked in that they weren’t taking any more appointments for the week as they were so busy. He explained our situation and they took us in! They found that the oil filter from Jiffy Lube has not been installed correctly and we had oil all over the engine and were 3 quarts low. T-Care installed a new filter, added more oil, cleaned the engine and test drove it to make sure everything was ok before they sent us off. It took about 2 hours. Anticipating a huge bill for the inconvenience, we looked at it and it was only $25! Seeing that the bill was so low, we asked if there was anything we could do to compensate...their response was to pay it forward. Thank you so much T-Care :)
