I did not get to use there service. I checked in my grandson on there app it said 40 min wait pretty soon it said 24 min then a little bit it said 58 min wait what a joke!

I get my haircut every 2 weeks and the staff is so friendly and my hair turns out just the way I want it.

Hair stylist was knowledgeable in cutting hair. She did a great job and I left with a perfect new hair cut. Although when I said short she took it too seriously.

My chunk of curly hair turned to manageable short hair. Haven't visited salons for years but the man who gove it a summer look showed his extreme patient and efficiency.Step by step with mask on he did it so so well. He was almost my daddy's age. Just loved his professionalism and gratitude manner. God bless these types of people who do know about customer service so well. True American he was.

Brought my daughter in for a haircut. Front very uneven. Stylist was nice, did a good job trimming the back of my 18 year old's very long hair, but the front is a mess. She wanted a more polished college look with long layers in the front. The layers ended up uneven. Manager tried to fix a and helped, but still uneven. Going to regular salon tomorrow to fix. Lots of cute clips guys had, but ladies...not so much. Service: Haircut

They messed up my sons hair. The stylist Amy got angry and disrespectful when I told her we weren't happy and told me there was nothing wrong that she has been doing hair for 30 years now. Samantha the manager tried to fix it but you cant put hair back. Also she advised me all that would be done with Amy was to talk to her. So basically everyone had an attitude because their stylist messed up my sons hair!! (the day before pictures none the less) I wont be back to this location after this experience! In fact I'm going to figure out the chain of command and let them know what an awful experience and hair cut he was given. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Shame on yall!!!!
