Great experience at this Fantastic Sams location! I was a walk-in and it just happened that Danielle did not have a client so she was able to take me right then and there. She did a fabulous job working on my hair today! I was highly impressed at her expertise. AND that she took her time (so rare these days)!!! She studied my hair, asked questions, offered some suggestions that I would not have known about and just in general excellent service. I cannot remember the last time I was so pleased with a haircut---even my bangs (I usually end up re-cutting/re-doing my bangs when coming home from a haircut but not this time!!!). Thank you for your excellent work! Even though I don't live in the area, I would be willing to make the drive again to have a stylist that provides such high quality service!!! Mai is the most AMAZING hair stylist I have ever had!! I haven't been to a salon in about three years and never been to a Fantastic Sams before. Mai cut my hair exactly how I've always wanted and picked the most amazing shade of blonde for my highlights!!! I can't be happier!! She is a gem! Update 8/5/22 - Just came back for another haircut with Mai and just as before she did an amazing job! It's like she can see what you're envisioning and nails it every time. She is absolutely amazing!

Whitney was absolutely 💯 %amazing, I will go back and see her every 2-3 months. My hair was so unmanageable and now it looks so amazing. I just had major neck surgery, and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole time. Thanks again..

Was asked to make appointment a week later. Showed up on time all new staff (2 of them) they had no clue as to appointment. Waited 30 mins. Then left. It appears this place has new owners???? Whatever, i was able to find a local barber who was able to fit my brother in

Mai was my stylist consultation, she repeated back to me what I had said and also made sure to go over small details, when I got there I was greeted by two other stylist ,who were very nice, the salon was clean and friendly. I got exactly what I wanted, she not only cut my hair, she gained a client ! Just putting this out there ,be loyal to your hair stylist, they put alot of time and effort into your needs. Hope it is okay to share names! Sean did AMAZING! I will be truly sad if he leaves this location! My son is so terrified of getting his hair cut and he did fantastic with him, talking to him although my son just sat their quietly. My hair is also curly, wavey all over & everytime I get it cut.. it’s not even. Well I must say he did a wonderful job on my hair also and my brows are exactly how I like them! Please give him a raise he truly goes above and beyond. My son also said he is now the only one to cut his hair! I told him buddy we can only hope! Service: Haircut
