I feel so bad for the owner as the pace was so very slow and the order was wrong. We had waited so long that we just accepted it. There were very few people, so we couldn’t see why it took so long.

Would not recommend, watched my ice cream melt on the counter and ice cream was still served.

They forgot to make my order, then rushed to get it done, when I got it the chicken was raw in the middle, so they remade the order. Absolutely no apology for any of this.

Waited in drive through for ten minutes at 755 so staff waited out the time so they can close at 8. 5 minutes of missed business.

Very bad service,took hour for 2 fish sandwiches and 2 cheese burgers ,terrible food And they would not give me the managers number, we will never go back.

In dining closed at 4:00, though website states would be open to 7:00. False claim on door since I doubt this place hires nationally. Second bad experience in a row. So went to Perham which had great service and plenty of workers.

Very cold soggy fries, cold chicken strips, Texas toast had been obviously sitting out . Hard as a rock and tore like leather. I will not be going there again. We were there at 7:30pm and I would say the young kids pre make food . My bill was 27.00 for food that was thrown. 1 out of 3 burgers was warm.

Extremely slow service every time I go here. We’ve stopped multiple times over the past few years, and it never gets better. Today we went through the drive thru, with 2 cars in front of us, and it was over 25 minutes by the time we got our food: 4 people with a normal size order. When we made it through, they forgot a cheeseburger and we had to go back inside. They frequently miss items; this wasn’t a one-time occurrence.

Small town DQ had very pleasant staff. The facility was clean even with it being a bit dated. Seating area was a comfortable temperature with the counter area being very warm. Plenty of parking.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food then it was wrong. Then finally received our ice cream. Had to wait another 20 minutes for the new burger and fries and then go up and ask for it. Had to point out our sandwich in the warmer also. Our quick stop for fast food was not so quick. They need to come up with a better way of serving and keeping orders straight. Probably won't stop at again.
